For readings purchased on the DVT website, clients can choose to enter the box to directly communicate with Eph via voice or video chat during the TikTok Live or they can use the text chat, please note: client comments may be missed when using text chat.

If the client hasn't arrived in the live stream in time for their pre-arranged reading time, the reading may be postponed until later in the stream or read without the client present and then posted on YouTube in the next 3 days, for the client to watch.
